Content page
I have decided to start my content page before my Front cover and double page spread as it will allow me to think of the content within my magazine as well cover lines and the overall concept for my double page spread.
Definition: A list of titles of the parts of a book or document, organized in the order in which the parts appear.
I conducted research into the different styles of content pages. Firstly, The genre of the magazine impacts what included in the content page. Regarding the hip hop genre, the styles can differ however they hold similarities such as a rap artist featuring in the contents.Below I included examples of content pages which I like the styles of. I am considering some of the styles to design my own.
I like how the vibe content page is simplistic whilst showing hip-hop conventions. The other content pages I liked due to their layouts. I am going to create two pages for my content page. This will allow me to use more conventional aspects.
